We understand that stuff happens sometimes! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time.
Cancellations made in less than the allotted time frame will be charged 50% of services booked.
In the event you miss your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the services booked.
